Lead guitar and vocals : Mike Addison

is Ulpha590’s singer and guitarist. Mike grew up on a farm but the manue
in his boots didn’t make him grow up. He sings, plays guitar,
carries all the gear, does the sound and repairs the equipment. Influences are nuno, running, slash and salads but can’t play like any of them. Likes a good pint (of weak blackcurrent and water). He's the sober one in the band and is good at pulling (trailers) and sometimes hes a little horse after a gig.
Drummer : Ryan Wheatman

is Ulpha590’s drummer and is tighter with the sticks than Luciano Pavarotti’s cycling shorts. The former ‘Inside Out’ skinsman is never in a bad mood for more than 3.5 seconds and makes a mean bacon sarnie. Ryan (Bongo Bloke to his closest friends), has vomited on his plate in two different Indian restaurants. He drives a ‘camel turd yellow’ van.
Bass : Rick Currie

is Ulpha590’s bass player and also plays for ‘T-Shirt’ with Ryan. To the despair of his bandmates, he never plays the same song exactly the same way twice, which he hopes helps develop the psychic interplay between the band. He shamelessly scrounges lifts from the rest of the band as he doesn’t drive, this being due to his ‘concern for the safety of other road users and pedestrians’. He has been fined for being drunk in charge of a bicycle.
Keys – Matt Price

is Ulpha590’s piano/keyboards wiz and likes to play with his impressive organ. Also plays for the Morecambe based Reggae Mental band which is a 10 piece reggae/ska band. Matt enjoys a drink or two and is a bit of a boy racer in his knackered, old BMW 325i. He is often found slurring his words and talking utter bollocks at the bar. Jolly nice chap though…
